MAINTENANCE

Your Auto Pro Warranty requires that you maintain your vehicle. It is so stated in your contract.   Especially in the event of an engine or transmission claim you will have to provide receipts for maintenance and oil changes.  We do not want to deny any claims that you may submit. 


You must be able to provide maintenance receipts.

REPAIRS

Auto Pro Warranty Company LLC will not cover any repairs done without prior authorization. Proper diagnosis may require tear down to point of failure. Diagnosis and tear down charges are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. When it is determined that a covered component has failed an authorization number will be issued for the repair. Authorization numbers are valid for 180 days from the date issued. The authorization number must appear on all documents submitted for payment. No payments will be issued without a valid authorization number. If an emergency repair occurs after normal working hours a customer may submit a letter of explanation along with documentation for the repair for payment consideration.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE

Covered vehicle must be at a qualified repair center of your choice to open a claim. The repair center must call Auto Pro Warranty Company LLC at 888-442-7555 to initiate a claim. Once a claim have been initiated the repair center must provide Auto Pro Warranty Company LLC with an estimate of repairs BEFORE the repairs begin.
